DC Congregational Action Network

In March 2025 I worked with DC CAN’s board to move from chaos to shared goals in an afternoon.

That’s what I do: I help teams move from stuck to steady, from swirl to strategy.

Broadway Baptist Church, Louisville Kentucky

Broadway as on the verge of employing a firm to help with a new campus masterplan but they realized they “didn’t know what they didn’t know.” In true Design Thinking form, we realized they needed to do the empathy work of listening to their congregation to assess needs and dreams before employing the firm.

The assessment team a series of listening sessions that resulted in the unanimous approval of both big picture priorities and quick wins that individuals and teams could be deployed to enact.
